2. Service engagements
Analytics work begins only when both parties accept a written proposal, statement of work or other agreement describing scope, deliverables, timing, fees and responsibilities. Website descriptions are general information and are not a binding offer.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely, lawful access to relevant data, documentation and personnel; ensuring you have authority to share supplied information; and reviewing assumptions and deliverables promptly. Delays or incomplete data may change timing or scope.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, applicable taxes, payment stages and due dates appear in the agreed proposal. Overdue amounts may pause work after reasonable notice. This website does not process payments.
5. Data and confidentiality
Each party must protect non-public information received through an engagement and use it only for the agreed purpose. Specific security, retention and data-processing requirements may be documented in the engagement agreement. Clients should not provide personal data that is unnecessary for the analysis.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your data and materials. After full payment, you may use final client-specific deliverables for your internal business purposes unless the agreement says otherwise. Logiccachepath retains pre-existing methods, know-how, templates and general analytical techniques.
7. Professional judgement
Analytics findings depend on supplied data, tracking quality, assumptions and available context. We do not guarantee a particular commercial result. Decisions made from deliverables remain the client's responsibility.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability connected with an engagement is limited to fees paid for the affected services, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
9. Ending an engagement
Either party may terminate according to the written engagement terms. Fees remain payable for completed work, committed third-party costs and work performed up to termination. Refund and rescheduling principles are described in our refund policy.
10. Governing law and contact
